Animation Scoop Editor Jerry Beck is a writer, animation producer and author of over 15 books on animation history. He is a former studio exec with Nickelodeon Movies and Disney, was instrumental in launching Animation Magazine, co-founded Cartoon Brew and has written for The Hollywood Reporter and Variety. He is on the faculty of Woodbury University in Burbank and his latest book is The Art of Mr. Peabody and Sherman.

Yes it's another trailer for the highly anticipated (at least in this household) The Lego Movie. Phil Lord and Chris Miller are behind it. Mark Mothersbough is doing the music, and an all-star cast is providing voices - including Will Ferrell, Jonah Hill, Morgan Freeman, Elizabeth Banks and Channing Tatum (as Superman).
