Heading down to the Comic Con in San Diego, so posting will be spotty this week. A good opportunity to showcase several recent indie shorts that have captured our attention. First up: An intrepid alien gets the straight dope on earth...literally! Fit To Be Squared is the latest short from New York-based animator James Sugrue (Titmouse Studios). A refreshing throwback to classic hand drawn funny stuff.

I loved this! Very nicely animated and fun to watch with a bit of bizarreness thrown at the end. Saw some influence from Rocko's Modern Life too.
