I know I just blogged about this yesterday, but now I have the tangible proof myself: I just got an email from Motive Marketing, the Christian PR mavens who turned Mel Gibson's "The Passion of Christ" and Disney's "The Chronicles of Narnia" into must-see evangelical brainwashing tools, about "United 93." How a progressive atheist like myself ever got on their email list, I'll never know. But check this out:
"You’ve heard the controversy now decide for yourself... One of the most talked about films, United 93, opens April 28th -- an unflinching drama that tells the story the fourth hijacked plane on the day of the worst terrorist attacks on American soil: September 11, 2001. . .
“I wish this movie had been out two or three years ago.”
- Rush Limbaugh
“An extraordinary film. The best movie so far this year.”
- Ebert & Roeper
“I believe it is just about every American's duty to see this film.”
- Dennis Prager
Weigh in by taking the poll below -- Universal Pictures needs to hear YOUR opinion!
And visit Motive Entertainment’s www.U93.org, where you can see the MOVIE TRAILER and download free teaching and preaching resources to engage in key issues like, “Why do Islamic terrorists hate America? How should we respond as Americans? As Christians? As Jews? As Muslims?”
PLEASE FORWARD THIS EMAIL TO ANYONE WHO CARES ABOUT THE SAFETY OF AMERICA, AND THE WAR AGAINST TERROR!"
