Theatre advertising giant National Cinema Media (NCM) has finalized a deal to purchase former rival Screenvision in a $375 million deal that involves cash and stock.  The merger will create a more competitive video advertising network that will cover 210 market areas areas across all 50 states and deliver to approximately 3,900 theatres with over 34,000 screens, reaching 1.1 billion annual patrons.
