It seemed like a head-scratcher that Disney kept the Kevin Costner track movie "McFarland" in a heavy-traffic pre-Thanksgiving slot as long as they have but now cooler and smarter heads have prevailed and the Mouse House moved the film to 2015. I consider it a successful week on the release schedule front if we only have two (yes just TWO!) release schedule additions that include the word "Untitled" in them. Fancy that. Warners will give Clint's "American Sniper" an Oscar go, "Power Rangers" return to the big screen and the big green lizard descends upon these shores again in 2018.

In an afternoon switcheroo, Sony has moved the Brad Pitt led actioner "Fury" up to one month to October 17th, while setting the Adam Sandler comedy, "Pixels" back two months to July of next year
