Completing the Official Selection for the 2005 Festival de Cannes, organizers have announced a handful of additional titles for the upcoming event, running from May 11 - 22 in France.
Joining the competition is "Keuk Jang Jeon" (Tale of cinema), directed by Hong Sangsoo. While new for the Un Certain Regard section are Aoyama Shinji's "Eli, Eli, Lema Sabachtani?", Laila Marrakchi's "Marock" and Kôhei Oguri's "The Buried Forest" (presented by both Director's Fortnight and the Official Selection.
In the Special Screening section, Jan Kounen's documentary "Darshan – l'Etreinte" has been added, as has Jean-Luc Godard's "Morceaux choisis des Histoire(s) du cinéma", presented by the Official Selection and the International Critics' Week.
Finally, the documentary "Pelé Eterno", directed by Anibal Massaini Neto, has been added to the Cinéma de la plage lineup for an outdoor beach screening.
