Colbert Says: Replace FEMA With Waffle House

There have certainly been worse ideas in government.

As if breaking up with Best Friend For Six Months Jimmy Fallon wasn’t enough (here’s the clip), last night Stephen Colbert noted FEMA’s reliance on Waffle House closings as a gauge of a natural disaster’s impact, and ran with the idea to its crazily logical conclusion. (He's less enamoured of that UN-sponsored IHOP.)
