Martin Scorsese and Jon Stewart: Thomas Edison Invented Movie Piracy

Martin Scorsese talked to Jon Stewart last night about Hugo – a truly magical film about a boy and the love of movies. And, as Stewart pointed out, a film with a much lower body count than he expected from Scorsese.

In the educational component of their conversation: among other firsts, Thomas Edison was the inventor of movie piracy.
