Why did Danel Radcliffe choose the musical revival How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying as his next Broadway show? Equus was a creaky revival too, but that choice was obvious: he got to be extremely dramatic (not to mention famously naked). Maybe he just wants to sing and dance.
This video promo is mostly about Anderson Cooper as the voice of the show's narrator -- another unexpected choice -- but the once-and-future Harry Potter puts in some appearances too.
I'll review the show when it opens in March. Meanwhile, here's Broadway's latest odd couple:
