Rotterdam jury named. Film Festivals: Tiger Awards lineup includes 'Land of the Blind,' 'Old Joy' -- The Intl. Film Festival Rotterdam has set the jury to select the winners of the three VPRO Tiger Awards from the 14 pics in competition.
