Air - Pocket Symphony

French band Air has recently released their latest titled "Pocket Symphony". Being the Air fan that I am, I ended up buying this via Apple iTunes instead of getting the CD version through Amazon. I spent the entire weekend listening to this release, filling up my head with tunes that are always catchy and memorable. Comparing it to previous releases (Talkie Walkie, 10,000 MHZ, Moon Safari and soundtracks) this one sounds very mature - as in less on the oblique sensual sounds and more on the substance of rhythm, if that makes any sense to you.

I played the entire release to my brother and his response was, "It sounds like meditation music for yoga."

On my trip to Tokyo, I listened to the album all throughout the trip. It became my soundtrack for the flight.

You can find more of that at Anime Selects.com. Go to the Image Galleries and see some of our adventures. We also had a bit of fun with the CalorieMate "24" spoof. Yeah, fun times.
