a month later, sundance was still a zoo...

Perhaps as a way of acknowledging some of the recent "Sundance Sucks" talk, Robert Redford this week said that the festival is "almost to a breaking point," in a new AP story. He's absolutely right when he says, "there's a fever that has taken over the festival that creates an enormous amount of chaos and excitement and tension."

The question of course is, what can organizers do to manage that energy and how do they avoid deflating the balloon too much? And if they don't do something, how will the industry react?
