catching up: 10 years

iwCOfound10.jpgIts been a week since the aforementioned "busiest day ever" and our New York celebration of indieWIRE's 10th Anniversary. Mark and I (pictured left) maintain that we were just 12 when we started the company back in 1996 (do the math...). indieWIRE's iPOP includes a few images from the Tribeca Cinemas celebration last week, with many more to come from the one-time use Kodak black-n-white cameras that were making the rounds. Sincerest apologies to anyone we failed to invite, we tried to cover our bases, but we've realized a few omissions...sorry! We did try to favor those who've worked for indieWIRE over the years and many noted that the event felt a bit like a high school reunion...

Rather than try to sum up our warm feelings about 10 years of indieWIRE, I'll simply point to my own first-person column from back in July, as well as the truly flattering remarks from GreenCine. And with that, the holiday party season is clearly underway, more to come...
