in socal | l.a.'s best mex?

Where do you get the best Mexican food in Los Angeles? I'll submit two restaurants worth considering (in no particular order): Guelaguetza, well known for its rich mole sauces at three L.A. locations and La Serenata de Garibaldi (where I ate this weekend) featuring some of the tastiest dishes at an equal number of venues.

Any other suggestions?

I know it's not classy, but I happen to like the crap at El Coyote on Beverly Blvd.
