Independent Film Week has come and gone. I heard and participated in a lot of interesting conversations that I am still making sense of. So much is still in flux, yet against all the external negativity and challenges, there are a number of good ideas and experiments taking place. And filmmakers seem to be asking the right questions. I expect more from Film Independent's Filmmaker Forum in LA next weekend. I won't be there this year, but if you will and want to report back journalistically, let me know...
