Walking at Broadway & 67th St. in Manhattan today, I came across the site of the new Apple Store. Apparently, just in time for the holiday shopping season. I’m certainly looking forward to it! (More at CNET)

I’m currently reading Toby Talbot’s “The New Yorker Theater and Other Scenes from a Life at the Movies,” which is giving me a great window into the Manhattan Repertory scene back in the 60s…

Am so excited for “The Red Shoes” and “M. Hulot’s Holiday,” among others. More at indieWIRE.

Last night’s In Eyes exhibition opening at the French embassy in NYC, featuring artwork by Juliette Binoche, portraits and writing connected to her films. Binoche has a lot going on in the city right now, including a dance performance at BAM and the opening of Cédric Klapisch’s “Paris” next week.
