Spike Lee, Robert DeNiro, Uma Thurman, Jane Rosenthal and others were among the folks gathered at BMCC in Tribeca this morning for the annual kick-off press conference at the Tribeca Film Festival, watching a fest promo clip and then posing for some photos. While the event technically opens its eighth festival tonight, iW’s coverage began last week. And on Tuesday, indieWIRE offered a trio of pieces.
