To promote this year's Atlanta Film Festival, we did something fun.

Taking the lead from one of the elements from our creative campign created by Lucky Fish Studios, we made a custom 13' blimp.

Here is a shot of the blimp taken with a cell phone camera at the Dogwood Festival in Piedmont Park on the weekend of April .

Only a few people actually saw the blimp in its full glory soaring over our Midtown venue before...

...something happened!!!! (This is actual footage of the blimp being stolen by vandals!)

The crime was followed by demands from a misguided wacko demanding that the festival pull a screening of the film BLOOD CAR.

The chat boards exploded with buzz.

Meanwhile, the whereabouts of the blimp remained a mystery.

Good news soon followed...thanks to help from a friend of the festival, who with Jimmy Carter-like diplomacy managed to negotiate safe return of the blimp.

We tried to fly the blimp again...but alas, tail damage made flight impossible.

OH THE HUMANITY!!!!

Not to be defeated (or deflated)...the Blimp made a triumphant return at the Closing Night Party!
