Glickman to Replace Valenti at MPAA

The Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA) announced today that Dan Glickman, a former Agriculture Secretary and a former Congressman from Kansas, has been named the new president and CEO of the MPAA. Glickman will takeover for Jack Valenti effective September 1, 2004. Valenti, who lead the organization for 38 years, officially announced his retirement today.
