Tiffany Bair Joins Goldwyn & Roadside

Tiffany Bair has been named Director of Publicity for Samuel Goldwyn Films and Roadside Attractions, based on the West Coast. She will report to company VP of Publicity & Marketing RJ Millard and work alongside marketing manager Shani Ankori and regional publicity manager Nicolette Aizenberg at IDP, the distribution company that handles Goldwyn and Roadside releases. Los Angeles - Tiffany Bair has been hired as Director of Publicity for Samuel Goldwyn Films and Roadside Attractions. In this new position, Bair will develop stories and oversee publicity efforts on the West Coast, working with RJ Millard, VP Publicity & Marketing, to heighten Goldwyn and Roadside's company profile as well as bringing more attention to the upcoming release slate.

Bair began her career at First Look Pictures working on national and regional campaigns for theatrical releases as well as home video titles. She moved over to Bumble Ward & Associates in 2003, as part of the publicity team for honored directors Sofia Coppola and Tim Burton as well as corporate and film clients such as the USC School of Cinema-Television, FremantleMedia and THE ANIMATION SHOW.

Bair joins Shani Ankori, Marketing Manager and Nicolette Aizenberg, Regional Publicity Manager as part of IDP's Publicity & Marketing Team.

Samuel Goldwyn Films & Roadside Attractions are also working on aggressively expanding the national release of their sleeper hit WHAT THE BLEEP DO WE KNOW? in September.

Samuel Goldwyn Films will release Margarethe von Trotta's award winner Holocaust drama ROSENSTRASSE on August 20, Kang Je-gyu's wartime epic TAE GUK GI in September and THE BOYS OF COUNTY CLAIRE in March 2003. In 2003, the company garnered top honors at the Australian Film Institute Awards for JAPANESE STORY, an Academy Award nomination for EL CRIMEN DEL PADRE AMARO, 5 Independent Spirit Award nominations for RAISING VICTOR VARGAS and 11 Academy Award nominations for its production, MASTER AND COMMANDER.

Roadside Attractions is releasing Gabriele Muccino's bittersweet family drama, REMEMBER ME, MY LOVE in September and Jim de Seve's moving and timely documentary addressing the issue of same-sex marriage rights, TYING THE KNOT, is set for October 1.
