American film director Martin Scorsese announced he will accept the honorary presidency of the Vienna Film Museum, considered one of the most important in Europe. "Its [a] remarkable collection, the creativity of its programming and its unique sense of cinema have made it a model for the rest of the world," Scorsese said in a press release.
