His first movie, "Baghdad Blogger — Video Reports from Iraq," reveals an emotional cocktail of resentment over the U.S. occupation and joy at the removal of Saddam Hussein It is among several movies — including Iraq's first feature-length drama since Saddam's fall and a raw documentary on American troops fighting insurgents — to emerge from Iraq's chaos being showcased at the International Film Festival in Rotterdam, one of the world's largest gatherings for independent filmmakers.
