MSP PRODUCTIONS ANNOUNCES SALE OF "MURDER-SET-PIECES"

GERMAN HOME ENTERTAINMENT RIGHTS TO I ON NEW MEDIA

MSP Productions today announced the sale of German home entertainment distribution rights to I ON New Media, the Warner Bros. German distribution outlet.

Having premiered internationally in December, 2004, at the world's
oldest leading horror-and-thriller film festival, The Sitges
International Film Festival in Barcelona, Spain, "Murder-Set-Pieces"
went on to successful theatrical engagements in both Los Angeles and New
York.

Directed by Nick Palumbo ("Nutbag"), "Murder-Set-Pieces" is the highly
eroticized story of a homicidal fashion photographer.  Filmed on
location in Las Vegas, it features such horror genre stars as Tony Todd
("Candyman"), Gunnar Hansen  and Ed Neal ("The Texas Chainsaw Massacre")
and Cerina Vincent ("Cabin Fever").  Sven Garrett stars as The
Photographer, perpetrator of a series of monstrously erotic murders that
stun the denizens of Las Vegas' nether regions.

Commenting on the purchase, I On New Media president Michael Kraetzer
said, "'Murder-Set-Pieces' is a shocking and disturbing feature.  In
this movie the killer is not charming like Hannibal Lector.  He's a
human monster, like he would be in real life.  I think that movies about
serial killers should always be made in this style:  hard and realistic,
a true provocation to the audience.  A movie in the vein of such
classics as 'Maniac,' 'Murder-Set-Pieces' is very well made, and it goes
far beyond any earlier cinematic limits.  In the last 15 years, no other
film like this has come out, and that's why 'Murder-Set-Pieces' is so
important.  In Germany, there are legions of fans for such films.
People are always seeking films with provocative themes, movies that go
beyond the PG-13 or R-rated pablum so often put out by Hollywood.  It's
our belief that 'Murder-Set-Pieces' can become an instant classic in
Germany."

Kraetzer led the negotiations on behalf of I On New Media; Pat Pawlak,
vice president of sales and acquisitions, negotiated on behalf of MSP
Productions.

Pawlak said, "We're thrilled to embark on this new relationship with I
On New Media.  They clearly have their eye on the future.  They're the
perfect home for this revolutionary nouveau artsploitation horror
genre."
