At Oceana in Manhattan Thursday night, Sony Pictures Classics co-president Michael Barker welcomed "Kung Fu Hustle" writer/director/star Stephen Chow. The crowd-pleasing new movie will be a major release for Sony Classics, expanding to some 2,000 screens on April 22nd, with the company putting up $12 million in P & A for the release.
