SnagFilms is partnering up with Starbucks to co-curate a monthly themed collection of features films, to be featured on the Starbucks Digital Network (SDN). In an effort to capitalize their free Wi-Fi offering, Starbucks will be launching an accompanying in-store SDN this fall, which will offer exclusive access to premium content from hand-picked content providers.
In addition, once SDN launches, Starbucks will curate a series of three to six music-themed documentaries, while the music video selection will round out its in-store music offerings. Mashable Business reports that SDN will also feature channel content from Rodale, Yahoo, Nick Jr. Boost, and unfettered access to The Wall Street Journal, USA Today and The New York Times.
