I just got a letter from Wild Bunch for copyright infringement on the trailer (which I had embedded but not directly hosted.) Oops.

The trailer has been removed. Huffington Post has an interesting link as well on this film. JoeBlo also has it here (for the moment.)

This extended promo trailer (NSFW, a little spoilerish) for “The Killer Inside Me” is smoking up the web, most notorious for an aggressive spanking scene with Casey Affleck and Jessica Alba.

I read the Jim Thompson noir book about a small town sociopathic Sheriff several years ago, so the plot is a bit fuzzy, but this extended promo trailer seems to definitely catch the atmosphere of the film.
