Warriors Come Out and Play
Coney Island gets a bum rap. I don't know if it's the noteriety from The Warriors or the fact that it lacks the shiny veneer of Six Flags. Nonetheless I spent the evening there on Saturday, and I highly recommend it for anyone trying to get away for the day.
Some tips:
The Cyclone ride again price is often negotiable from the $4 listed.
Be careful which bumper cars you choose (i recomend El Dorado).
There's a Warriors mural by the Tilt-A-Whirl in Astroland.
