CNN reports that Martha Stewart has now left prison, on her way home... I wouldn't be surprised if her release was timed so that she can attend South by Southwest next week. Makes sense...

I mean, sure, she has that little "home detention" aspect of her sentence. But, I'm sure she can swing a trip down to SXSW for some festival time. I mean, why else would she possibly be out of prison now?

Her only official comment is on her Web site and an excerpt is: "Right now, as you can imagine, I am thrilled to be returning to my more familiar life." This is a clear reference to getting out in time to attend SXSW.

...or wait, am I just thinking the whole world revolves around my festival planning these days? That's possible too.
