As if the hundreds of film selections weren't keeping you busy enough (we're having our own troubles narrowing down our schedules), the Toronto International Film Festival also offers the Canadian Music Cafe. The cafe is open to press and industry delegates attending the festival, and features free music showcases by singer-songwriters, September 12-14, at neighborhood club The Rivoli. Full disclosure: this year's Canadian Music Cafe is having its publicity operated by MG Limited, a PR firm in New York that represents SXSW to international press. So, while Jarod and I will be gone from Toronto... those of you still hanging out can check in with the SXSW extended family.
