... we'll be in the middle of SXSW. Always an anxious/scary/fun thought as we spend our days and nights of February, working away on preparation. As usual, the programming side of things is a wrap (with a couple announcements yet to come), and now we move into the logistics of slotting films, coordinating schedules, linking filmmakers with the press and sales agents and distributors, writing the catalog, launching the festival Web site, and etc. and etc. and etc. This is coupled with the compulsive feeling that "there's never enough you can do" and just learning when you've done all you can. Who needs a drink?
