Ever considered attending Harry Knowles' annual birthday bash/24-hour movie fest, known as "Butt-Numb-A-Thon?" Well, the time is now for submitting your "application." Harry's 9th edition of BNAT will transpire in Austin, from noon on Saturday, December 8 to noon on Sunday, December 9. The lineup of films, however, is a complete and total secret. Mostly for fun, but also because some heavyweight Hollywood titles usually fill out the schedule at the 11th hour. In recent years, BNAT was home to the first U.S. public screenings of films such as 300, Black Snake Moan, Passion of the Christ, Oldboy, Knocked Up, the Lord of the Rings trilogy, and more.
