To borrow and change a phrase by the band Soul Coughing... is Las Vegas, is not Las Vegas. I'm in Henderson, Nevada right now. I was invited to speak at the annual International Film Festival Summit. And, like many folks here, I assumed it was actually in Las Vegas. Except, it's actually 30 minutes away from the Las Vegas Strip in a resort town called Henderson. There's a wide array of film festival programmers in attendance, some press, and other festival-related industry. More soon, as the panels continue through Tuesday evening.
