There's something about Whit Stillman's acclaimed, Oscar-nominated 1990 feature Metropolitan, that feels very timely. Maybe it's because I live in New York now. Maybe it's because the film is full of smart and funny sociopolitical conversations like this one below:
We're looking to bring the entire film online, in the near future.
As much as I'd love to have easy access to Metropolitan online, I'd much rather have Last Days of Disco since the out of print DVD now would set you back at least $75 on Amazon. Still, it's the thought that counts.
