Not quite a trend but it's getting close.
Nicholas Gray's drama "If You Could Say It In Words," -- having its West Coast preem this weekend at Method Fest -- is about a young woman's relationship with a man suffering from Asperger's Syndrome.
Not to be confused with Adam Elliot's animated Sundance opener "Mary and Max," which is about a young woman's relationship with man suffering from Asperger's Syndrome.
For one, only one film stars an animated, obese Philip Seymour Hoffman. And only one co-stars Gerry Lehane, whose brother, Mystic River writer Dennis, will intro the film this Sunday.
AFI Dallas continues this weekend with "Zombie Girl," "Peter and Vandy," "(500) Days of Summer."
Florida Film Festival opens tonight with the Jennifer Aniston starrer "Management."
And the Sarasota Film Festival opens with "The Messenger" starring Ben Foster.
