    U.S. rights to to SXSW drama "Humboldt County" have been acquired by Magnolia Pictures the company announced Thursday. Magnolia plans a September theatrical rollout in several regional markets -- including Austin, Arcata and Eureka (the latter in Humboldt County, CA) -- preceded by airings via HDNet's Ultra VOD Program.
