This morning at Lincoln Center, the press was treated to a hard hat tour of Alice Tully Hall under renovation. The space houses music and performance groups, as well as the Film Society of Lincoln Center and its annual New York Film Festival. In March 2009, “Rendez-Vous with French Cinema” will be the Film Society’s debut event in the new hall.

Peter Flamm from Lincoln Center’s planning and logistics group gives us a top to bottom tour of the space.

Now a work-in-progress, the new theater will have a retractable screen and digital projection capabilities.
