Sex without love
Sexy cinematography, editing and sound. Sexy cast. Hell, the credits are sexy. I saw a preview of Steven Soderbergh's The Girlfriend Experience last night, set to world premiere at Tribeca later in the month. It follows the life of a Manhattan call girl, in business for herself. The characters are bloodless, soulless. It's an empty experience.
But as empty experiences go....
