Starring in Of Mary is relative newcomer and rising talent Kehinde Fadipe. Some may know Fadipe from her acclaimed performances in the stage productions Ruined and Fanta Orange. Many more will recognize her as the character Melissa from series 3 of E4 dramedy Misfits.
Co-written by Adrian Lester and James Strong, Of Mary tells the story of "Jason Lawrence (Tom Brooke), as he returns home to his estranged wife and son, and how bitter resentment means there is more distance between them than he thought."
Also screening at the LSFF, and included in the film showcase titled "Femmes Fantastiques", is the Orlando von Einsiedel-directed Radio Amina, which focuses on "Amina Dibir, a 12 year old street hawker from Kano, Nigeria, who has a lots to say, but can only do it on her imaginary radio show." Radio Amina will be screened at the ICA Cinema 1 on Saturday, Jan. 7, at 6:30PM.

Another excellent performance by Kehinde Fadipe who is so beautiful and versatile: I really see her on the big screen and Hollywood with the right role should have a closer look - she's definitely worth the risk.
