As expected, the terrible word of mouth sunk last week's No. 1 film, The Devil Inside, dropping over 76% from last weekend. Yet it still did well enough to make this weekend's top ten list, which was topped by Contraband, the Marky Mark Wahlberg thriller.

Cedric the Entertainer will star in a new sit-com for TV Land cable network titled Have Faith. The series is a spinoff of the network's successful sit-com Hot in Cleveland and will be produced by Cedric and Suzanne Martin, the creator of Cleveland.

UPDATE to my post from earlier this week: to really no one's surprise, ABC has reportedly pulled the cross-dressing comedy from its lineup after just two episodes. Repeats of Tim Allen's Last Man Standing will air in its place beginning Tuesday at 8:30PM.

Been a little while it seems since we posted any casting notices for Django Unchained; I guess the main black characters are already in the bag - Jamie Foxx, Kerry Washington and Samuel L. Jackson - and much of the rest of the casting that's been announced over the last sveral months, we don't really care about for obvious reasons :)

We've seen the first official poster for the film, as well as at least one still photo of the title character (played by Benjamin Walker) in action; but we really haven't seen anything of Anthony Mackie who assumes BBF duties (or as he jokingly makes comparisons in the below video... it's like 48 Hours; he's the Eddie Murphy character) in the upcoming revisionist actioner Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter.
