Killer Of Sheep director Charles Burnett's 2010 stage directorial effort - a 1-woman show starring Juliette Fairley, titled Mulatto: A Never Ending Saga - might be becoming a feature film, with Fairley herself playing the lead role, and Michael Pinckney directing.

Yes I Can, a new musical inspired by the life and times of renowned entertainer Sammy Davis Jr., is reportedly in the works from producers Arlie Cone and Steven Hayes, with a possible Broadway run on the horizon. Sam Scalamoni, of Disney's Beauty and the Beast on Broadway, is set to direct.
