Reading a piece of The Hollywood Reporter that says the sequel to X-Men: First Class will begin principal photography in January 2013 to accomodate Jennifer Lawrence's shooting schedule for the Hunger Games sequel Catching Fire; apparently Fox wanted to begin production on First Class this fall, but there was a conflict with Lawrence's schedule, since Lionsgate also wanted to start shooting the Hunger Games sequel this fall (Lawrence stars in both films).

Just got word that the sci-fi short film David Oyelowo stars in, called Rahab, based on an idea that won the 2011 Enter The Pitch contest, will make its world premiere at the SCI-FI-LONDON Film Festival next month.

Previews began this week, and I've talked to a few people who've attended those early previews, and they were mostly positive on it; they expressed some concerns, but primarily kinks that should be worked out before the show's official opening on April 22.

Recall back in December we announced Naturi Naughton, whose last stint on the TV screen was in the NBC short-lived The Playboy Club, is slated to co-star in the upcoming Lifetime "dark" dramedy series The Client List, headlined by Jennifer Love-Hewitt. Naughton will also reunite with veteran actress and her Lottery Ticket co-star Loretta Devine.
