This came to me without much further information, so I can't tell you a lot about it, other than that it's a teaser seemingly shot to raise money for the full-length version of the film, which stars Jimmy Jean-Louis, and is directed by Bruno Mourral.

It’s been a long time since a film has moved me in quite the way that John Akomfrah’s The Nine Muses did. It wasn’t that happy, tingly, feel-good feeling you tend to get with some films that has you smiling as you leave the cinema and which you soon forget (the feeling and the actual film) once you’ve brushed the last remnants of popcorn off your clothes, but a deep, cloying, feeling that lingered, and lingers still.

I've yet to see Frances Bodomo's latest short work, Boneshaker (which stars Quvenzhané Wallis), although I've heard nothing but good things about the film, since its world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival in January.

Eddie Cibrian seems to be becoming the go-to white guy for black films/TV shows these days. If you're making a film, or TV series with a majority black cast, and you need one white guy, Eddie Cibrian might be your man, and he may have Tyler Perry to thank, in part, for that.
