Announced in March... the FX network greenlit a new weekly half-hour late night series exec-produced by Chris Rock, starring standup comedian W. Kamau Bell, in which he'll "dissect politics, pop culture, race, religion, the media and sex."

We already know that The Weinstein Company (TWC) is moving full speed ahead with a remake of the French blockbuster hit The Intouchables, with Bridesmaids director Paul Feig is in early negotiations to direct the English-language remake for The Weinstein Company, and Colin Firth in early talks to star in the role played by François Cluzet.

Magnolia Pictures acquired release rights to Julie Delpy's dramedy sequel to the absolutely hilarious 2 Days In Paris, titled 2 Days In New York, which she stars in along with Chris Rock - a film we've covered quite a bit, so I'll just skip to the new stuff... the official trailer and poster have surfaced, and the film now has a release date... or rather dates.
