British Nigerian actor Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje has joined the cast of Walter Hill's upcoming adaptation of a graphic novel titled Bullet to the Head.

Adewale, in what may be his most significant role to date, will play the film's main villain, described as "a powerful attorney who's trying to cover up his scam to exploit poor neighborhoods that have been ravaged by Hurricane Katrina."

He'll be going up against the heroes of the film, Sylvester Stallone and Sung Kang (Fast Five) - a New Orleans hitman and a New York City detective, who team up "in a high-stakes investigation that leads from the dingy back alleys of New Orleans all the way to the power corridors of Washington, D.C. The unlikely duo, brought together by two vicious murders, take on all who stand in their way, and are willing to sacrifice everything to exact revenge."

Christian Slater and Holt McCallany round out the core cast.
