AFFRM Re-Launches Website with New Content and Features

The African American Film Festival Releasing Movement (AFFRM) has announced the revamp and re-launch of its website, AFFRM.com.

New features and content on the site include:

- VIDEO VILLAGE: which includes the debut of the AFFRM @ Sundance 2012 events video directed by Matthew Cherry and filmed by Richard Vialet (below):

- CALL SHEET: A place for op-ed voices regarding Black film launching with Ava DuVernay's article on the BlackArtRising

- FILM PAGES: AFFRM announces the first theaters booked for RESTLESS CITY

- AFFRMNATION: The launch of AFFRM's dedicated volunteer effort called AFFRMNation, with application

With the new site, AFFRM continues its mission of empowering black independent filmmakers with collaborative, simultaneous theatrical distribution in multiple markets. For more, visit AFFRM.com.
