Original art for 'Courtside Jones' by Frank Morrison

Airing Sundays on Fox Sports, Courtside Jones offers the intimate and provocative perspectives of NBA Hall of Famers, All-Stars, coaches and unsung heroes of all eras. From director Talani Goodson, the hybrid reality show gives athletes a chance to relive and share experiences from their playing days that no one has yet heard publicly.

Four years in the making, the show is borne out of Goodson's close relationships with athletes, which gave him access to more personal conversations beyond the generic interviews he'd normally see on television.

Episode 3 of Season 2 airs this coming Sunday on Fox Sports. Season 1 is available in its entirety on Hulu HERE

Below, find a first season episode featuring  Spencer Haywood, Vernon Maxwell, Tracy Murray, and Magic Johnson:

True basketball fans needed a show like this. No more of the generic, tailored realities. I also love to hear the stories of the lesser known pros.

Kudos to Talani on delivering this uncanny perspective on what it was really like of these athletes!! Can't wait to see more

A reality show for basketball fans. I let my aspiring pro basketball player, my son, watch with me. It gave him a different perspective on the game. It's not all fun and games!!! Great show.. Can anyone tell me what song is playing in the beginning of the show?

Courtside is my favorite celebrity sports show. Talani you have created your own "Life Lessons Show". I especially like the ease and comfort of the interviews. Keep the shows coming Talani.

I echo the sentiments of those who commented ahead of me. Talani has done an outstanding job with Courtside Jones. He has also been very generous to me, since we first met - he was a guest on my podcast, talking about the origin story of CJ - I wish him nothing but success on this wonderful show and hope that it continues to grow into the prominence it truly deserves.

Long overdue... Courtside Jones life lessons of some these NBA legends is fascinating TV. This series should be mandatory for all youth, AAU and NCAA basketball.

If the TV series creator was a white male like me, this would be on the cover of every sports magazine from ESPN to Sports Illustrated. This young man Talani should be recognized and commended for overcoming all the obstacles.

Talani Goodson has found a way to bring basketball fans behind the scenes, it is so refreshing to hear the stories from all of those legends of the game! "Courtside Jones" is the best real life sports show on tv PERIOD!
