And we're down to 5! Did you vote, as I asked you to about 3 weeks ago? If so, pat yourself on the back, because of the 5 titles that made the final cut, 2 are films we've covered quite extensively on S&A - Being Elmo: A Puppeteer's Journey, and The First Grader.

Which means that, Attack The Block, Beats, Rhymes & Life: The Travels of A Tribe Called QuestCrime After Crime, Pariah, and To Be Heard, all S&A titles, and all first round candidates for the 2nd annual Gotham Awards Audience Award, brought to you by IFP and Festival Genius, didn't garner enough votes.

So, congrats to the the production teams behind Being Elmo and The First Grader - one of you JUST might win the grand prize.

The second round of voting began 2 days ago, November 7th, so head over to the voting site HERE, and do your indie film duty.

The winner of the Festival Genius Audience Award will be announced at the 21st Gotham Independent Film Awards on November 28th.
