I guess BET has another hit show on its hands! I gave it a try (watching 3 episodes), but it never quite grew on me.

But clearly a lot of you are watching, so you should be pleased with this news.

New Season Features Celebrity Appearances from Nelly

NEW YORK - March 8, 2013 - Earlier this year, more than 4 million viewers tuned in for the series premiere of "Real Husbands of Hollywood" on BET Networks. Today, the network announced a second season pickup with a 12 episode order for the smart, semi-scripted comedy that is now being labeled the "fakest reality show ever." In "Real Husbands of Hollywood," see what "real life" is like for comedian and actor Kevin Hart and his Hollywood pals as they navigate their way through stardom alongside - or in spite of - their famous wives. The new season will continue to find the funny in the lives of these Hollywood men when fact, mixed with fiction lends itself to ridiculous yet hilarious scenarios. Packed with punches - both literal and figurative -the mockumentary style series gets down and dirty - shining a light on the male ego and "bestie" beef presented from the "celebrity spousal" perspective.

Hart teams up with season one cast members Nick Cannon, husband of music superstar Mariah Carey, Boris Kodjoe, husband of actress Nicole Ari Parker, Duane Martin, husband of actress Tisha Campbell-Martin, J. B. Smoove, husband of the songstress Shahidah Omar and Robin Thicke, husband of actress Paula Patton. A star-studded guest line up will be seen in season two as audiences can expect the return of such familiar faces as Nelly in the coming season.

"When we launched this series in January, we knew our audience would have as much fun watching it as we had making it, and since it has been on the air, fans have voiced on social media that they want more. So this was a pretty simple decision: 'Hey! Let's make more!' " says Stephen Hill, BET's President of Music Programming and Specials. "We are beyond thrilled that Kevin Hart and the stellar "Husbands" will be back bickering and back-biting, for another season on BET."

"Real Husbands of Hollywood" is executive produced by Kevin Hart ("Think Like A Man," "Laugh At My Pain"), Stan Lathan ("Martin," "Moesha"), Ralph Farquhar ("The Parkers," "Married With Children"), Jesse Collins ("The BET Awards," "The 54th Annual Grammy Awards"), Tim Gibbons ("Curb Your Enthusiasm," "Betty White's Off Their Rockers") Chris Spencer ("MTV 2012 Video Music Awards," "Def Comedy Jam") and Dave Becky ("Everybody Hates Chris"). The series was created by Kevin Hart and Chris Spencer.

Interestingly, Kevin Hart is not the funniest person on this show.

I think the real star of the show is the entertainment industry. The pointed jabs people take at each other make the whole thing worth watching. Stand-out "I can't believe they went there" moments: JB telling Elise Neal her big mouth got her kicked off All of Us, Duane Martin calling Boris Kodjoe "Tyler Perry's night nurse," & Boris calling Duane "Will Smith's cabana boy."

@ Tamara: Robin Thicke is probably the funniest one on the show to me. He is funny in how he clowns Kevin while being "Mr. Silky Smooth soul star with the perfect slicked down hair". Nick Cannon and his brother have had some funny moments too.

I'd give that to JB Smoove. Did you see in the fight episode how he got knocked out by Elise's character? The expression on his face and how he fainted and fell. There were tears. I rewound it over and over. He is hilarious. All the guys have their quirks though. Even mr. smooth himself Robin Thicke is hilarious.
