This is a big move for the network, which launched only last September and is already estimated to be available in 75% of black households and 60 million homes nationally.
Family Time centers on the life and times of The Stallworths, a working class African American family who scratches off a lottery ticket and jumps to middle class overnight.
Omar Gooding (Baby Boy, Hangin' with Mr. Cooper) stars as the patriarch of the show, leading a cast that includes Angell Conwell, Jayla Calhoun and Bentley Kyle Evans, Jr.
Family Time debuts on Bounce TV June 18, and will air on Mondays at 8pm.

I don't have this channel on DirecTV. Wish I did, I'd certainly give it a chance.

I would watch this for Bentley Kyle Evans alone. That man is a fool!

They almost had me until they got to the lottery ticket-- sounds a lot like the last season of the Roseanne show.
I have seen a few movies on this channel, though. Interestingly enough they were Mahogany, Sparkle and A Piece of the Action but I must admit, I'm not a regular viewer.

Aw, damn. They got Omar, too? More talent wasted on sub-par programming.

Bentley Kyle Evans Jr? I gotta feeling he didn't have to audition for the part

Omar is a good start. He's just a natural comedian. ..love him. Patriarch...dang... I think I'm getting old.
