It feels like it's been ages - 1 1/2 years - since we last wrote about this film; a Nigerian flick called Relentless, shot in Lagos, directed by Andy Amadi Okoroafor, and co-stars Nigerian-German singer and songwriter, Nneka Egbuna.

Following its world premiere at the 20th Annual Pan African Film Festival in February, writer/director (and S&A contributor) Nijla Mu'min's short film Two Bodies will next screen at the Women of Color Arts and Film Festival in Atlanta on March 17th. The film will also screen at the Fusion: Los Angeles LGBT People of Color Festival prestented by Outfest, on March 24th at the Hollywood Egyptian Theatre in Los Angeles. The Fusion film festival slate also includes Darius Monroe's short film SLOW, and Andrew Ahn's 2012 Sundance short film, Dol (First Birthday).

I remember salivating over last year's eclectic lineup, and I'm certainly looking forward to this year's offerings which include several titles we've covered here on S&A like Andy Okoroafor's Relentless (photo above of the director and star Nneka) and South African noir How To Steal 2 Million.

Ahead of its debut at the London Lesbian and Gay Film Festival which runs from March 23 to April 1, here's the trailer for a feature film project titled Stud Life, the debut from award-winning film-maker Campbell X, which is being described as an "homage to Spike Lee's She's Gotta Have It and Steven Soderbergh's Sex, Lies And Videotape."
